During the visit, the school’s history, philosophy, mission, and vision were presented, highlighting how ISP’s five pillars contribute to the holistic development of students. Faculty and staff received training on the Learning Review audit process scheduled for May, and historical results along with this year’s progress were shared.The sessions also included an analysis of instructional leadership, school improvement plans, and the use of real-time data to support learning outcomes. In addition, the importance of high-impact teaching was explored through classroom observation exercises.The visit concluded with a review of student perception data and practice learning conversations designed to prepare the school for the next phase of the improvement process.
